Tersus Environmental & Enretech Australasia Announce Joint Marketing MOU
WAKE FOREST, NORTH CAROLINA, USA and MOSS VALE, NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA (January 17, 2023) – Tersus Environmental and Enretech Australasia Pty Limited announced today the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two firms. Under the terms of the agreement, Tersus and Enretech will join forces focused on mutual marketing integration, and cross selling environmental remediation technologies in their own markets and networks. Tersus will support and collaborate with Enretech on the sale and use of Tersus remediation technologies in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, and Japan.
Tersus is a technology company that has researched, developed, and commercialized proprietary innovative solutions for soil and groundwater remediation through university and professional relationships to meet the increasing technological demands at contaminated sites. The company has a strong foundation of intellectual property including eight patents. Enretech is an Australian-owned environmental solutions company focused on designing, manufacturing, and providing natural, organic environmental remediation and protection solutions for over 25 years. Enretech’s soil remediation technology is made from recycled cotton-waste and has been used extensively to successfully reduce TPH contaminants in soil and is the subject of an Australian patent application.
